Refund policy
At WildPeak Supply, all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned incorrect or insufficient addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
